Create a new contact list from a text file

I have compiled list of people and email addresses. It is saved at a txt file.
How do I convert it to a contact list / Address book to microsoft Office
Outlook??

Use commas or tabs to separate the names and email addresses, then use File | Import and Export and choose the appropriate import file type..
