Right Click-New-Folder. How short do you want?

Thank you for your answer. The Operating system is Windows 2000.

I wanted a keyboard shortcut. What is "FNF"?

Keystroke sequence. Alt+F opens the File Menu, N doesn't do anything for me
on XP, W opens the sub-menu "New," then F creates a new folder. You can see
which keys to use, by watching the menus for underlined letters. So for me,
it would be Alt F W F. This doesn't work on the Desktop (no File menu), so
there you could use the context key then W F, if you have a context key
(between Windows and Ctrl to the right of the spacebar).

IanRoy has already answered but in Win9X....

FNF is press the F key (File), then the N key (New) then the F key
(Folder)

See the underlined accelerator keys in Win2K, as I don't have an
installation of that and it may be different.
