Create a resource profile (by group)

Hi,
I would like to assign a task to a "group" of person instead of assigning it
to a specific persons. For example instead of assigning a task for the 3
person (George, Bob, Steve) to complete, can I assign it to a "Draftsmen"
group instead?
If that is possible the working hours per day of this "Draftsmen" group
should be 8x3= 24hrs per day, right? Because currently if I assign a task to
an entity named "Draftsmen" it will show to be overallocated (they are
assigned to some other tasks), but in reality it must not be the case because
there are 3 person in that "Draftsmen" group working in total of 24hrs per
day. Project is interpreting that this "Draftsmen" group is only 1 perosn
doing 8hrs/day work! Please help!

Hi,
Just a follow-up question on this, what if I created 2 resource groups and I
put 300% on both of them (both now have 24hrs/day work) , but the issue now
is that I have a common staff in both group:
Group A:
Jack, Jill, Fred

Group B:
Rod, Ray, Fred

As you can see Fred is assigned in both groups, how to handle it? Project
may not calculate accuratley the overallocation because project can only see
2 entities Group A and B but in reality there may already have an
overallocation for Fred. Please help again!
