Create a stand-alone envelope and label applet for single envelop.

Create an applet that exposes the envelope/label printing within Word without
having to open the entire application. This would be useful for single
envelope/label printing.

This is not possible with Word. Word needs to have the application open in
order to print. You could, however drop a link to an envelope template on
your desktop which would provide easy access to an envelope function, but it
would still open the Word application to do so. You'll find a suitable
template on the downloads page of my web site.
