Create and Delete a Button in Word Document - Need a macro

I need to write a macros

1. To add a button in word document with a macro code associated with it
2. Delete the button

When i add the button, the button should have a fuctionality to add the
comments. After people done adding the comment i would like to delete the
button programatically.

Any help appreciated.
