create and print page of labels

I want to create and print a page of labels that have different information
on each label. Is there a 'template' that I can use to do this? If not, how
do I set up a sheet that will show my label size so that I can enter the
information I want in each block?

Open Word, click "Tools", "Envelopes and Labels" ("Letters and Mailings"
then "Envelopes and Labels" in newer versions of Word), click the "Labels"
TAB, click the "Options" button to select the label type you want to use
(like Avery 5160), then click "New Document". You now have a page of empty
labels using Table cells.
