Create Copy and Paste macro

Any one have any idea about creating a macro that will copy and paste
items in the shared Task and Calendar folder into the current user's
Task and Calendar folder?

I have not done any VBA before...and this is my first project. Any help
in accomplishing this task is very helpful to me. Many thanks in
advance!

By the way, can I use Visual Studio .NET application to create this?
