Create curved text box?

I would like to create a text box with one edge curved - so that the top of
the page can be one color W/ photos and below the curved line can be another
color with text. Ant thoughts? I use 2003 at work, but 2001 at home, and
would like to use this style when i work in both places. Thanks!

Yes, I'm quite sure I have publisher at home. Use it daily. I might have
gotten the version year wrong, but I doubt I have the program wrong. Thank
you.

Text in a circle isn't my goal, a sweeping curved line seperating the top
and bottom half of the page is. Different colors on either side. I keep
thinking it couldn't be this hard to figure out.... but perhaps it just isn't
an option.

Open WordArt, type 2610, alt+x. This will give you a box. Copy, paste special as a
..wmf. Click yes.Ungroup, upgroup again, delete everything but the box, adjust it for
the size you want. Select the box, arrange, edit points. Right click the top point,
click smooth, make the curve. You can achieve better control with guides. I don't
know if this is what you want. You cannot do this with a text box or autoshapes. If
you want the text to follow the contours of the curved box you will have to re-think
the way text wraps. There is an example here:
