Create Document

I am trying to create a document with specific feilds that cannot be moved or
changed but has fields next to those to fill in. I need to be able to send
out for clients to fill in and send back. Like a Data Entry form where you
tab through and fill in the blanks without movings the question fields. I
know this can be done and am getting a headache trying to figure this out.
Someone please help!

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
