To create it, click File>Open>Outlook Data File. Browse to the folder where
you want it, give it a name, and click OK. Then to select it for your
default delivery, click Tools>E-mail accounts>View or change existing e-mail
accounts>Next. Click the drop-down next to "Delivery new e-mail to the
following location" and select the new PST. Click Finish.
