create rules using "AND" or "OR" ??

When I want to apply a rule such as "if my name is not in
the to box" as well as "if certain words appear in the
subject line", I am not given the option of having one or
the other of these descriptions being part of the same
rule. The only option is "if my name is not in the to
box" AND "if certain words appear in the subject line".
Is it possible to have it read "if my name......" OR "if
certain words........".
