creating a flow chart in Word

Is there a way to create a flow chart in Word? The closest thing I can find is an organizational chart, but that's not exactly what I need. (Step 1 -> Step 2 -> Step 3)

Sure. Fire up your Drawing toolbar. Click on Autoshapes,
then choose Flowchart and then your shape. Right click
the shape to Add Text. When finished, click on Autoshapes
and choose Connectors to add connectors between the
objects.
