creating a form that sends email to me as well as auto response

David

Hi, I want to create a form that sends the results to my email address, but I
also want to send an autoresponse email back confirming the details to the
user that entered the form.
Does anyone know how I can do this frontpage.

You'll need to see if your mail host will set up an auto responder, as the
FP forms to email does not have this feature.

Hi David,

You can't actually send an email to the user with the FrontPage form
handler. If you have an autoresponder address option with your web host or a
third party, you might be able to send to the user that way.

A problem with this however would be that the form will be coming from the
site not the users email. So I am not sure if you can do it this way either.

You may need to use something along the lines of ASP to do this.
