Creating a hyperlink

Hi All,

Could any one let me know how to create a hyperlink in a PPT which takes to
the specific sheet in the excel file

You could create an action button on your slide. Try this: Slide show >
Action Button. Select the type of button you would like to use then when the
dialog box comes up, select Hyperline To then Other File. Browse to your
Excel document, then click OK. The link will be live when in Slide Show mode.

You can link to the spreadsheet as usual, but at the bottom of the screen
for linking, next to "Address," add the following to the end of the
address:

#Sheet1!A1

This should get you to Sheet1. Change "Sheet1" to something else to go to a
different sheet.
