Creating a Microsoft Word document

Lily

I have some graphics sent to me on Adobe Reader and I
would like to take those and put them on Microsoft Word
document in order to create my own letterhead. How do I do
this?

If the graphics are (or can be) saved as any type of graphics file (jpg,
gif, tif...) you can then insert them -- size and position them to create
your letterhead. If they are in a pdf document that you are viewing -- I"m
not sure what the process would be -- check back -- I know someone will have
that answer for you.

Word can't embed a PDF using Import > Picture. It can embed it as an object
but you get an icon. If you had another product such as FrameMaker, you could
import it, save it as a Word doc, and it would be there when you opened it in
Word.

If you have the full Acrobat product, you may be able to extract the image.
You can't do anything useful with the Reader product.

You could print the file to a PostScript file and open the resulting file in,
say, Illustrator or Photoshop.
