First, you will need to customize a spare text field with your formula.
Second, I question if the formula you show in your post is really what
you want. It says you want duration (probably in hours) per 350 pounds -
a rather strange parameter. Nonetheless to create your formula, follow
these steps.
1. Insert Text1 as a column in the view
2. Go to Tools/Customize/Fields
3. If Text1 is not highlighted in the selection list, find it and
highlight it
4. Hit the "Formula" button
5. Enter the following:
=[duration]/60/350
Since duration is stored as minutes by Project, the value needs to be
converted to hours, hence the division by 60.
