How can I create a template for my own personal use for tasks in
Microsoft Outlook? I process emails for projects which involve
forwarding and replying to and from several people. I would like to
create a template that has a box to check when I start the process
along with a box for the date. I would also like to have another check
box for when a particular person has responded and another box for the
date the person responded. I have tried unsuccessfully to do this. I
know I could use a spreadsheet, but I find the reminder a valuable
resource.
For the time being, I have a list in notepad that I just paste in . .
.. not very efficient
