Creating a Resource Group in Project

Hi,
I want to be able to create a Resource Group that I can
select from the drop down arrow in the Resourc Field (in
Gantt Chart view). However, instead of filling in the
field with the Resource Group name, I want it to put in
the actual resources within that group. Is this possible,
and if so, how do I do it? Thanks!
