creating a web page

I am taking a computer course. My assignment is to create
a web page using Microsoft Frontpage Express. I have
Windows XP, when I click my edit button on the standard
buttons toolbar, the edit menu does not contain Edit With
Microsoft Frontpage Express. What do I do?

Open Internet Explorer and go to
| Tools | Internet Options |
At HTML editor window click on the drop down button
Click on..... Front Page Express
Click..... OK
