? creating and tracking appointment

I am creating a database that will track service calls made in the field. I
want to know how can I create a customer and track all the dates I've
serviced that customer. What i've been doing is having multiple records of
one customer. I just want certain information updated each time such as when
serviced and next service date. How can I update just this information? and
still keep track of previous service calls? Can i put in criteria to
automatically schedule an appointment so many days after it has been
serviced.

p.s.
someone tried to help me earlier but gave me sql and fk's i don't know how
to do that im trying to setup using tables in access.

Are you asking how to create your tables? Please tell us what you have
created so far?

Have you tried any of the Access templates?

Learn to cross-post as opposed to multi-posting which you have done.
It wastes everyone's time. To cross-post just add the name of each
newsgroup in the "newsgroup" control. That assures that one response
propogates to every related newsgroup.
