Creating Customized Stationery

T

Terry Smerling

How do you create stationery that can be used in conjunction with "Letter
Wizard" in Office 2003? I am a recent convert from WordPerfect, where you
can create a template and use that template as a "Project" that permits
inserting an address from the Corel Addressbook. I would like to be able
to insert addresses from "Contacts" into documents with my own customized
letterhead. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Ensure you are using Outlook's native editor and not Word. Then, create
your stationery, and save as .oft (Outlook template). To use this with say,
new letter to contact, you must save the template with the word "letter" in
the name.
