Creating Help file

What is the most common way to produce Help file for an Access 2003 and 2007
application? RoboHelp seems to be what everyone suggests in other forums. Is
there a cheaper way?

I tried using orkshop some years ago and got thoroughly confused. Has it
improved? I want to provide context sensitive help and generate a manual at
the same time.

I created several forms and a table in the FE. I added command
buttons with a ? on them to open a form at the appropriate record for
that field.

You can see examples in the various screen shots at
http://www.granitefleet.com/ScreenShots/index.htm. Download the app
and you can see the table layout in the FE which is very simple.
