Creating hyperlinks to Outlook objects

Hi there, I'm having difficulty creating a hyperlink to Outlook (2007) Email
objects where the email is a reply or a forward (ie contains "RE: " or "FW:
")

Normally my hyperlink looks something like this
<Outlook:Inbox/~Test>
outlook:Inbox/~Another%20Test

where %20 is the ASCII code for <space>. THese work fine.

However, I cant get a hyperlink working to an Email reply which would look
something like "RE: Test" and I've tried using the ASCII code for the colon,
ie

outlook:Inbox/~RE%3A%20Test

Any help appreciated
