Creating Multiple Hyperlinks

Currently I can only highlight "one item" in the word document and the link
it to a specific drawing. Is there a way to highlight muptile items in a word
document and link them to the same drawing at the same time?

I have a couple of instances where the same drawing is linked to 10+ items
in the word document.

Try this:

1. Select the first item and insert the hyperlink.

2. Select the second item and press F4.

3. If this works, continue with the remaining items.

F4 (Repeat) can be very useful but sometimes unpredictable.
