Creating my own new background

When you open the Backgroung stencil it contains some background images. If
you drag one over your document you are asked if you want to use this
background. Then the user clicks Yes. Right?

What if I want to customize this stencil and create my own that behave
exactly the same as the ones supplied by Visio. I want to use my logo with
some pale image as a background and add it to the Background stencil. In the
future when I create a new drawing I want to be able to open the Background
stencil and drag me own. It should behave the same as the ones supplied by
Visio.

I tried to open the Background.vss but I cannot goto Edit mode like that.
Any suggestions please?
