Creating new Contacts

I have a user that receives the following error in outlook when creating a
new contact.
"There is a problem with the FRMcach.data file Please contact the
administrator."

any ideas?

Clearing the forms cache usually fixes this. Choose Tools | Options | Other
| Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear
Cache.
