Creating New Folders

I have produced so many greeting cards on publisher and have saved them under
a general folder. However, it would be more convenient to open separate
folders for, say, Christmas 2008/Birthdays 2008, etc.

I have opened and named a new folder and then tried to select a number of
Documents to copy and paste in the folder but even when holding 'Ctrl' I can
only select one document at a time. It works in Word. why not Publisher?

Help again, please!
