In copy editing with Tracking Changes on, I add notes to the author in the
format [AU#: text...]. Often I have to go back and add or delete a note,
which means renumbering manually. Is there a way to format the numbering so
that it automatically renumbers or does so via a prompt? This would have
to be transmittable to the publisher and author.
