Does anyone know how to create outlook stationay with a placed graphic in it,
where the graphic is at the top of the e-mail, and the cursor is
automatically placed below the graphic rather than above it. That way the
user will begin typing below the graphic so that the graphic will remain as a
header, rather than a footer.
