Creating RULE to print out - not working properly

I have created a rule to "print out" the emails that I get from a certain contact. Everything works great, except the printout that I get is not a good format

When I open the email and print it, it is in a nice "friendly" table format. But, when I print using the RULE (automatically) it seems to print in a "memo" format which takes 2 pages instead of 1 and is not aligned properly

Any suggestions
