If you are using Publisher...go to...
AutoShapes and click one.
Now left click drag a box on your
project to create the shape.
Right click the new shape and go to...
Format AutoShape / Colors and Lines tab /
Color drop window / Fill Effects / Picture tab /
Select Picture button / Browse to your
picture of choice / Check the box 'Lock
Picture Aspect Ratio' / OK / OK...
If you wish to be more accurate as to which
exact portion of an image is cropped...you
will need advanced image editing software.
