Ctrl+Arrow causes Copy As Picture

Hi,
Whenever I try to move around using Ctrl+Arrow a picture of the open
document is copied to the Office Clipboard. This is a big problem when I try
to Copy and Paste. I copy a piece of text (Ctrl+C) then move to a new
location by Ctrl+Arrow, then paste (Ctrl+V), a picture is pasted instead of
the text I copied.
This happens only when Office Clipboard is open. and it is open by default.
How can I stop this? (And why is it happening anyway?)
