Ctrl & ` Grave accent not working

The shortcut to display all formulae & links is not working on my PC. Why
would this happen?

What happens when you use Tools|Options, open View tab and check the
Formulas box?
What keyboard language are you using? Were you able to use the shortcut
before?

Hi Bernard,
Using the tools menu works fine. The PC was recently ghosted and it hasnt
worked since. The language is English - Ireland. It's not a big issue but i'm
just curious as to why it wont work.
