When opening a new document, the cursor is at the bottom left corner of each
page instead of the tope left corner. I have even tried to delete Microsoft
Office and reinstall it, but the problem ccomes back. HELP!

Your post sounds suspiciously like you are using an application other
than MS Project, a planning and scheduling application. If so, I suggest
you post to a newsgroup that deals with the application you are using as
this one is dedicated to questions/issues with MS Project.
