I am installing Outlook 2003 and using CIW to make some changes. We are
upgrading each profile to use Cached Exchange mode from a combo of offline
and non-offlined profiles.

The users that have offline folders only had a few folders checked for
offline use. How do I set all folders to be cached or is it done
automatically?

Hi Jesslyn,

Based on my experience, Cached Exchange mode is set for ALL folders.
Although it looks like that only a few folder are checked for offline use,
actually all folders are cached as long as we have checked for cached
Exchange mode.

Hope it helps.

Sincerely,

Arnold Gao

THanks, big weight off my chest. I was trying to figure out how to
configure that one!
