Custom Field Formula

I have two questions, I'm relatively new to project so these could be stupid
easy questions. I'm using office project 2003 and I’m trying to get the
information from a "custom resource field" to show up automatically in a
“custom task field". I'm also have a task that i need to repeat on different
dates and with different resource but I only want to have the one task row if
you know what I mean is this possible?

For your first question go to our MVP website at,

Types, Task, Resource and Assignment.

For you second question, Project only allows one task per line. To do
what you want, you will need to create separate tasks for each instance
because they are in fact different tasks.
