Custom field problem

Dear all,
I have this issue: I created some custom field and added for each one his
lookup table, everything was working right, yesterday I added some more
values to one lookup table and saved changes correctly.
After that when I have to select values for these custom fields from project
professional 2007 "Project Information" tab, values are displayed uncorrecly:
example:
customfield1 contains some values of lookuptable1 but also values of
lookuptable2 and lookuptable3
The same issue for all custom fields... How can I restore the right situation?
Checking on the server side via web everything is correctly displayed for
each lookuptable.
