Custom Form and Icons

Mike_B

I would like to know where I could find the icons (i.e. THE CONTACT or THE
Journal) for a custom form. I do not want the custom form to display the
Post Icon.

I think they may be in a DLL. and I am not sure which one.

Thank you for your hellp, But I am still curious which *.DLL they are in.
Or do you need to write it in the code for a custom form. I was also
wondering if it is possible to create custom ACTION while you have a public
contact open.
Roady said:
Those are in both. I included the icon groups for Outlook 2003 in this post
(you'll need to use a newsreader like Outlook Express to download them). If
you need separate icons instead of groups (some editors can't handle them)
please post back.

I got them from the OUTLLIBR.DLL file I mentioned earlier. I don't know how
you call those images directly from that file (I'm no developper). There is
the outlook.program_forms newsgroup though.

Good Luck!

With Resource Hacker. Great tool.
http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/

You can export the icon groups (1 icon with containing various sizes) or
individual icons (just one size). Individual icons can be edited in Paint or
whatever image editing tool.

You can even replace bitmaps icons, avi's, etc within the file.
