Hi, I have gone through the MS tutorial, but....I am just not quite getting
this. I want to create a message form with two additional items in the
header section (Date Due and Time Due). I want to be able to have everyone
in my department use this form to submit work requsts to a particular
mailbox. I created the form, published it to a public folder. I can
New/Form etc. see and open the form and see the header, fill it in and send
it to the mailbox, but when I open it from the other box I cannot see those
two fields. Also, I haven't yet figured out how to provide it to the
department, so help on that would also be welcomed.
