What do you mean by "customized planning wizards"? Do you want to create
your own? If so, they are called "add-ins" and must be created with a
stand alone Visual Basic application (e.g. VB6 or VB.net).
If you are looking for third party add-ins for Project, there are
probably several out there but as far as I know, there is no one place
that has them all. Most are available from various software suppliers
who specialize in added functionality for MS Project.
