Custom Reports -

I have two questions:
1. How to save a report to a file not print?
2. How to delete or add columns to a report?

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

1. As I understand it, reports can only be printed. If you want others to
see your project then see FAQ Item: 16. Project Viewer. FAQs, companion
products and other useful Project information can be seen at this web
address: http://www.mvps.org/project/

2. If you edit a report, you will find it based on a particular Table. So,
create a table showing the data you want, give it a new name and then create
a report based on the new table.
