custom sized envelope doesnt show addresses as requested

I'm trying to do a mail merge with a custom sized envelope in Publisher 2002.
I have entered the size of my envelope correctly. The recipients address
and the return address show in the correct place when I do the "page set up"
but it prints out too far to the right. Nothing I do seems to correct this.
HELP! I have 35 invites to get out!
