** Custom view settings keep changing

A user in Outlook 2003 keeps changing the view in the contacts to be arranged
by category and then by company name. However Oultook keeps lossing the
setting when you close it. It only happens on this particular PC. Any ideas?

Is he customizing a default view or creating a new one from scratch? He
might want to try creating a new one to see if that works better.
