Customize Outlook doesn't work

In Outlook 2000, I click on "customize outlook" to set up
my display, and nothing happens. It worked when I first
installed, but not now. How can I change my display?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Travis asked:
