Customize Outlook Today - Y can't click?

Hi,

Anyone noes why it the "customize outlook today" link at
the top right corner of the Outlook Today folder cannot be
click?..
But yet someone's else one can click.

note: this update for internet explorer + any after this point would cause
the customize feature to break since internet explorer updates are always
cumulative.
