Customized menu in Access

Hello!
is there any way to customize the menue of Access by adding a submenu that
contains items with an image?
like the image you have when you do File, New.

on the access toolbar, view>toolbars>customize
here you can create new menus and toolbars, modify
existing toolbars and menus.

yes, you can do this. However, you don't want to customive the bult in
ones...but actualy you want to use your own.
