Customizing Insert Address button in Word

When creating an envelope or label in Word, the 'insert address' button is
designed to work with Outlook. However, we're not using Outlook and I'm
trying to find a way to use another source for addresses (Notes would be
perfect if it'd be possible to use the NotesSQL ODBC driver, but Outlook
Express would work as well). If this is not possible, I just need to know
that for certain.
