"Customizing Outlook Today"

Greetings -

Since we installed Exchange 2000, I have noticed that my Outlook 2000 users
can no longer modify the "Outlook Today" Page. When clicking on the
CUSTOMIZE OUTLOOK TODAY button, it doesn't do anything. Is there a lock in
Exchange preventing my users from this feature on their client installs of
Outlook 2000?
