Cut and Paste ?

I just went into the Security Center (Windows XP-Office Small Business
Edition) and copied a couple item and pasted them into Word 2003.

At the end of one paragraph, there is a small yellow square with a pencil in
it and to the immediate right of the square is the word Notes. I have done
several things to try to find out what this graphic means bue alas I can find
nothing.

What is it and what does it mean?

It sounds like a graphic on a web page used to indicate a "Notes"
section. I'm not sure I follow what you are asking...

That sounds reasonable. It was apparently imbeded in the explanation of the
security options and choices but did not appear there but did when I pasted
it into Word 2003.
