CUT/COPY/PASTE

When i use the cut, copy or paste function from the
dropdown menu workstation locks up and I have to reboot.
W/S also locks up when i simply do:A1+B1+C1 etc. I've been
working with this for 3 months now and Microsoft doesn't
seem to have the answer...they keep telling me to do the
same things which didn't work the first time.

ANY SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

- Excel version
Windows OS version
Network?
- Do you use Terminal Server or Citrix Metaframe

What did Microsoft tell you to do?

Also does this happen in other apps (The cut copy paste etc)
